1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the services provided by KNK Kreations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include CAD design, remote CAM/CNC programming, and in-house CNC routing. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Categories
Digital Services: We provide technical files including CAD models (STEP, DXF, PDF) and CAM programming (Fusion files, NC code). These are strictly digital deliverables. In-House Manufacturing: CNC routing services are limited to specific materials such as hardwood, plywood, plastics, and foam. Soft-metal projects are subject to individual review.
3. Technical Responsibilities
For all remote CNC programming (CAM) services, it is the Client's absolute responsibility to ensure that all NC programs are reviewed and proven out by a qualified operator on the intended machine before production. KNK Kreations is not liable for machine collisions, tool breakage, or scrap material resulting from unverified programs.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, clients retain ownership of the original designs provided to KNK Kreations. KNK Kreations retains ownership of the specific technical strategies, toolpath logic, and proprietary CAM methodologies developed during the service provision.
5. Limitation of Liability
KNK Kreations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project from which the claim arises.
